Webster Lake, with its famously long Algonquian name (Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg), is ringed by hundreds of homes. Lake-adjacent properties pick up algae and moisture damage faster than inland properties, especially on the side facing the water. For those homes we recommend a soft wash on the lake-facing siding twice a year.
Inland Webster is a different job. The three-deckers and mill-era homes around Main Street hold years of grime in their clapboard, and the newer builds toward Dudley and Oxford mostly need a standard yearly wash plus driveway and walkway power washing. Either way, we match the method to the surface: low-pressure soft wash for siding and roofs, real pressure for concrete.
