Charlton lots sit far apart, and that changes the job
Charlton spreads out. Lots sit far apart on high ground, driveways run long, and a 1700s farmhouse can share a road with a subdivision built in the last twenty years. No two quotes here look the same, which is why we would rather see photos than guess from a street address.
Route 20 and the Mass Pike push a lot of traffic through town, and traffic leaves film. Houses and garages near the corridor pick it up on the lower third of the siding, and concrete near the road grays out faster than concrete behind the house. Siding gets a low-pressure soft wash with biodegradable, plant-safe detergent. The high pressure stays on the flatwork where it belongs.
