Soft washing uses water pressure roughly the same as your garden hose, about 60 PSI vs. pressure washing's 1,500–4,000 PSI. The cleaning is done by a biodegradable detergent designed for siding, not by force.
We pre-rinse, apply detergent and let it dwell, agitate where needed, then rinse from the top down. Pressure washing siding is how vinyl gets gouged, paint gets stripped, and water gets driven behind your cladding. We don't do that.

Most jobs booked Monday hit the calendar by Friday. Peak season (June–August) we book 1–2 weeks out. Off-peak (April, May, September, October) we usually have same-week slots.
