Most paver patios and walkways were installed at significant cost and then never maintained. Joint sand washes out. Color fades from UV and weather. Weeds take root where the joints have eroded.
Paver sealing reverses all of that. We clean the surface, re-sand the joints with polymeric sand, then apply a paver sealer in your choice of finish. The result is color restored, sand locked in, and weeds kept out for years.
What's included in paver sealing.
Standard paver sealing includes:
- Pre-treatment to remove algae and organic stains
- Surface cleaner pass to remove embedded dirt
- Joint sand replacement with polymeric sand
- Sealer application in natural matte, semi-gloss, or wet look finish
- Color enhancement option available for fading pavers
- Two-year warranty against sealer failure
Pricing starts at $2.25 per square foot for cleaning and sealing, plus $0.75 per linear foot of joint sand if needed.

We prefer photos because we can see what you're describing. Phone quotes tend to under- or over-estimate. Texting photos takes 30 seconds and we'll come back with an actual number.
Most jobs booked Monday hit the calendar by Friday. Peak season (June–August) we book 1–2 weeks out. Off-peak (April, May, September, October) we usually have same-week slots.
Yes, credit cards, ACH bank transfer, check. Payment due on completion unless we've arranged net terms for recurring commercial.
Soft wash works fine in light rain. Heavy rain or temperatures below 40°F, we reschedule, usually within a few days. We text you the night before to confirm.
Not for most exterior work. We just need access to an outdoor water spigot. We'll text photos of completed work if you're not there.
Close windows that don't seal well. Move outdoor furniture, grills, and rugs away from the house. Tell us about delicate plants, satellite dishes, or solar panels.
