We hang Christmas lights on rooflines, eaves, trees, and walkways for homes across Northeast Connecticut, Worcester County MA, and Rhode Island. The lights go up in November and come down by mid-January. Most homes cost between $600 and $1,400. Our November schedule fills up through the fall, so booking early gives you more choice of install dates.

Asphalt shingles streaked with algae and patches of moss. Soft washed at low pressure per ARMA guidance, no walking the roof, no pressure washing. The moss dies off and releases over the following weeks, rinsing away with the rain.

Single-story Cape or ranch usually starts at $389. Two-story colonial $475–$575. Larger homes $550+. Final price depends on access, current condition, and square footage. Send us photos for a flat quote.
Yes, when done with the soft-wash method. ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association) explicitly recommends soft washing for algae and moss removal. High-pressure roof cleaning damages shingles, we don't do it.
Yes. Detergents are biodegradable and rinse out at low concentration. We wet down landscaping before applying anything and rinse again when we finish. We've never lost a plant. Tell us about anything specific you're worried about when you book.
