We use the same tools and methods professional window cleaners use. Pole-extended squeegees for the panes you can't easily reach, scrubbers for the upfront wet-and-loosen pass, and lint-free finishes that don't streak two days later.
For residential homes, that means every interior pane, every exterior pane, screens removed and cleaned, and windowsills wiped. For storefronts, we work on a schedule that doesn't disrupt your business hours. Most residential window cleanings take 2 to 4 hours depending on pane count.

Standard residential window cleaning includes:
- Interior and exterior glass on every window
- Window screens removed, cleaned, and reinstalled
- Window tracks and sills wiped clean
- Mirrors and interior glass doors on request
- Squeegee finish that doesn't streak in two days
- Pole work for windows we can reach safely from the ground
Standard pricing is $8 per pane with a $200 minimum for residential. Storefront and commercial pricing varies by frequency and pane count.

Yes. Detergents are biodegradable and rinse out at low concentration. We wet down landscaping before applying anything and rinse again when we finish. We've never lost a plant. Tell us about anything specific you're worried about when you book.
We prefer photos because we can see what you're describing. Phone quotes tend to under- or over-estimate. Texting photos takes 30 seconds and we'll come back with an actual number.
Most jobs booked Monday hit the calendar by Friday. Peak season (June–August) we book 1–2 weeks out. Off-peak (April, May, September, October) we usually have same-week slots.
Yes, credit cards, ACH bank transfer, check. Payment due on completion unless we've arranged net terms for recurring commercial.
Soft wash works fine in light rain. Heavy rain or temperatures below 40°F, we reschedule, usually within a few days. We text you the night before to confirm.
Not for most exterior work. We just need access to an outdoor water spigot. We'll text photos of completed work if you're not there.
