Sutton has more stone than most towns around here
Sutton runs along the western side of the Blackstone Valley with Route 146 cutting through it. Purgatory Chasm splits the ledge near the middle of town, Manchaug sits by its pond in the southwest, and Wilkinsonville anchors the northeast. Stone walls line half the back roads.
All that rock shows up in the work. Sutton properties tend to have real hardscape, fieldstone walls, granite steps, flagstone walks, and stone or paver patios that gather moss on the shaded side and green up in the joints. That is where a pressure washer earns its keep. We run a surface cleaner across pavers and concrete so the finish comes out even, then seal pavers at $2.25 a square foot if you want the color held.
The houses are a different job entirely. Siding and roofs get soft washed with plant safe detergent at low pressure, never a wand. Two very different tools, one visit.
Manchaug and the older village housing sit closer together with tighter access. We plan ladders and overspray there the way we would in any mill village.
Send two or three photos to (860) 553-9326 for a flat price, usually returned within the hour. An owner runs the job and walks the property with you before leaving.
