Out here the house is only part of the job
Hampton is one of the smallest towns in the county and one of the quietest. Route 6 runs along the south edge, Route 97 crosses north to south, the Little River works its way through the middle, and most of what is left is farmland, hayfield, and old road frontage.
Rural properties bring rural problems. Long driveways stain where the vehicles park. Barns, sheds, and equipment buildings go years without a wash. Fence lines run hundreds of feet. And the farmhouses themselves are usually old enough that the siding wants a soft wash and nothing stronger, low pressure with a biodegradable detergent, landscaping wet down first and rinsed after.
We quote the house and the outbuildings together so you are not paying for two visits. Text photos to (860) 553-9326 for a flat number, usually back within the hour.
Nothing about the quote is a mystery. A single-story cape or ranch begins at $389, a two-story colonial lands between $475 and $575, gutters run $175 to $325, and a driveway is $150 to $400. That figure is settled before we put you on the calendar.
An owner is on site the whole time. We wet the plantings down before we start and rinse them after, and we walk the property with you before we leave. The certificate of insurance goes out ahead of the work.
