Open fields change what a property needs
Canterbury is farm country. Route 169 runs through it as a scenic corridor, the fields open on both sides, and the housing is mostly older colonials, farmhouses, and ranches set well back from the road. The Prudence Crandall house sits at the Route 14 and 169 corner as a reminder of how long people have been building here.
Open exposure changes the work. Without a heavy canopy the roofs stay cleaner longer, but wind-driven dust and pollen coat the siding, and plenty of properties have a barn, a shed, or a fence line that needs the same attention the house does. We quote all of it at once so you are not paying for two trips.
Canterbury is fifteen minutes from us, which makes it one of our easier towns to get back to. Text two or three photos to (860) 553-9326 and we will send a flat quote, usually inside the hour.
The prices are published. House washing starts at $389 for a single-story cape or ranch and runs $475 to $575 on a two-story colonial. Driveways fall between $150 and $400. Add a barn or a fence run and we price it into the same quote rather than on the day.
