Smithfield is built around its villages and its ponds
Smithfield is really Greenville, Esmond, Georgiaville, and Stillwater strung together, with ponds and reservoirs sitting between them. Route 44 and Route 116 carry the traffic, I-295 clips the east side, and there is a good mix of postwar neighborhoods, newer construction, and old mill village housing near the water.
The newer neighborhoods drive most of what we do here. Concrete driveways gone gray and streaked, walkways with moss in the seams, patios and pool decks that need a surface cleaner rather than a wand so the finish stays even. Driveways run $150 to $400 depending on size and condition.
Siding is the other half. Vinyl on the newer homes, painted wood on the older ones, both cleaned with detergent at low pressure. The pond side of a house holds damp and greens first.
Plenty of owners here put us on a rhythm, house and drive one year, roof and gutters the next. We are glad to work that way, and we will tell you when something can wait a season.
