West Greenwich is management area more than it is town
Big River and Arcadia take up much of West Greenwich, and what is left is scattered houses on long roads. Route 3 and Route 102 do the connecting, I-95 cuts across the southern half, and the people per square mile figure is among the lowest in Rhode Island.
Pine is the difference here. White pine drops needles year round rather than in one November week, so gutters pack tighter and faster than they do under hardwood, and the needle mat holds water at a roof edge. Sap and pitch land on siding and cars alike.
Many properties sit on a well at the end of a gravel drive. We plan water use and truck placement before anything comes off the reel, and we keep detergents biodegradable and plant safe, because out here the rinse goes straight into the ground.
Siding gets low pressure. Concrete aprons and the pads by the garage are where a surface cleaner comes out.
Kent County is the outer edge of our map, so West Greenwich is by request rather than on a route. Text photos to (860) 553-9326 for a flat price, and we will tell you honestly whether the drive makes sense for your job.
