Cheshire grows things, and we work around that
Cheshire has grown nursery stock and fruit for a long time, and it shows in the landscape. Greenhouses, orchards, and garden beds sit along Route 10 and the side roads, the Farmington Canal trail runs the length of the town on the old rail bed, and the Quinnipiac drains the eastern side.
Houses here tend to be planted heavily. Foundation beds, specimen trees, ornamentals right up against the siding. That matters for us. Everything we spray is biodegradable and plant safe, plantings get wet down before the first application, and they get rinsed again when we are done. Wet leaves dilute whatever lands on them, which is the whole reason for doing it in that order.
Heavy planting also means shade at ground level, so the lower few feet of a wall stays damp and greens first. That comes off at low pressure with a detergent, not with force.
Long driveways and walkways under trees pick up tannin staining and moss, which a surface cleaner handles.
Cheshire is well south and west of our home ground, so it is a by request town. Text photos to (860) 553-9326 for a flat quote and a straight answer on scheduling.
