We treat your house like it's two doors down.
Half the time, it is. Applewood is two friends from Pomfret who soft wash, rinse, and rinse again until your place looks the way you remember it.

Five-Star Reviews
Locally Owned
Built by two friends from Pomfret.
We met in elementary school and started Applewood in college, with one truck, a soft wash setup, and a hunch that people around here would rather hire someone they recognize than a number off a billboard.
Turns out they would. We've cleaned houses, roofs, decks, and driveways for our neighbors ever since, and we still run every job ourselves. Soft wash for siding and roofs, the right pressure for concrete, plant-safe products around your landscaping, and a flat price before we start. No surprises, no crew you've never met.

The guy who quotes it is the guy who washes it.
When you call, you get one of us, not a call center. One usually answers the phone, the other is up a ladder.
We started Applewood because too many good houses get a rushed, one-size wash. We pick the method that's right for the job, not the fastest one for us, and we don't pack up until it's right.
Fully insured, and we show up when we say we will.
The Applewood team
Four things we do differently
365-Day Guarantee
We stand by our work. If algae or growth returns within 365 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Owners on Every Job
Applewood is run by two Pomfret natives, friends since elementary school. One of us is on site for every job, not a rotating crew.
2-Step Power Washing System
First we apply manufacturer-approved detergents that kill mold and algae at the root. Then we rinse with controlled pressure that protects surfaces. That's how we get results that actually last.
Fully Licensed & Insured
General liability and workers' comp on every job. Certificate of insurance on request. Plant-safe soft wash, owner-operated on every job.
